Makers sometimes vent about customers. Here's a quick vent from a marketplace. ๐Ÿ˜† When a customer disputes a charge on their credit card they charge the company $15. In the past couple month's two makers decided to dispute a $2.50 charge instead of just emailing us to cancel and get a refund. So, we were charged $30 for a total of $5 in charges. We are always happy to cancel a subscription and even offer a refund...but getting charged $15 for someone disputing $2.50 is quite the kick in the arse.
