These pieces of copper were almost tossed into my "melt scrap" pile - just couldn't do it. The solid square pieces are from the corners of my larger trinket boxes. The ones with the cut-out trees are from my black enamel tree earrings. A bit of sanding, antiquing, tumbling, and doming, then winding and sawing a bunch of jumprings, and Voilà! The making of bracelets. What have you almost thrown out, and then pulled back and made into something totally new?
