This is a friendly reminder that your customer service, while always important is crucial this time of year. If you sell on multiple platforms, check them all regularly. Many customers are sending messages/asking questions so it's a good habit to check your dashboards. From a goimagine side... I am seeing a lot of messages go unanswered which can mean lost sales.
