Two days ago I “googled” my store name and found it placed #1 in the search results..YAY!!! However, there’s a problem, it states under the search results, that I ship Free which is true and that I accept 90 day returns, which is false. Having my store show up first is a great deal and could potentially bring in my first sale on Goimagine but…I do not want to run into any issues with anyone who will expect to return one of my items after three months. I have contacted support for swift assistance on this and have not received a response. Having said that, I also understand that we are small and the individuals that work behind the scenes must be very busy with changes and the growth and outreach of our site. Is there anyone else that could help? What to do?
